The first challenge was implementing all the tools for tracking, attribution, optimizing, analyze, and setting advance notification system for re-engaging.
The plan was to try different acquisition channels and find the most favorable installations that would bring users from the most valuable segmentation category.
To increase revenue, we segmented users and implemented an advanced notification system so we can use geofence, event segmentation, email and SMS campaigns, notification automatization for specific segments and triggers
